How do I find out about planned maintenance?
Maintenance windows are announced on this page in advance, and affected customers receive an email with the exact time and expected impact.
What SLA do CloudHosting services carry?
Our infrastructure runs at a 99.9% uptime SLA, and selected managed plans carry 99.95%. SLA terms are part of your service agreement.
My service is down but everything shows operational. What now?
The issue may be specific to your server or site rather than the platform. Contact support with your service name; the NOC responds around the clock.
Is CloudHosting down right now?
This page shows the live status of the VPS platform, dedicated servers, web hosting, network, Anycast DNS and the client area. If everything reads Operational and you still see a problem, write to support@cloudhosting.lv or call +371 66 66 29 69.
Where are CloudHosting servers located?
In our own Tier 3+ data center in Riga, Latvia (RIX1) and in Naaldwijk, Netherlands (NL1). A third region in Dubai (DXB1) is planned for 2026.
What does a 99.9% uptime SLA mean in practice?
It allows no more than about 43 minutes of downtime per month. Selected managed plans carry a stricter 99.95% SLA, and both are backed by 24/7 NOC monitoring.
