What is Nextcloud?
Nextcloud is an open source cloud platform for file sync and sharing, calendars, contacts, Office documents and Talk video calls. We run it for you as a managed service on our infrastructure in Riga, from 20 EUR a month.
How much does managed Nextcloud hosting cost?
Plans start at 25 EUR a month for 5 users, or 20 EUR a month on a 24-month term, and scale to 200 users on Enterprise at 1588 EUR. Prices are net; VAT 21% is added where applicable.
Can you migrate us from Google Drive or Dropbox?
Yes, and migration is free. We move files with folder structure and sharing where possible, and help the team switch clients with minimal disruption.
Do you update Nextcloud and its apps?
Yes, that is the point of managed hosting: core and app updates are tested and applied by us, with backups taken before every upgrade.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Your domain and logo work on every plan; full custom branding of the interface comes with the Professional plan.
What about Office documents?
Plans from Team upwards include Collabora or OnlyOffice for editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations right in the browser.
Where is our data stored?
On our own infrastructure in Riga, Latvia, under EU jurisdiction. Your files stay in the EU, are backed up daily and served under your own domain.
Is there an SLA?
