Common questions
Do you work only in Riga?
No. We cover all of Latvia: remotely everywhere, and on-site where a person needs to be there. Response is usually within the hour on a monthly plan.
Can you be our NIS2 responsible person?
Yes. For companies the NIS2 directive covers, we take that role, keep your security and documentation in order and deal with the reporting duties.
What does the monthly fee include?
It is agreed up front by your team size and needs, and typically covers support hours, monitoring and backups. The examples above show what similar companies pay, from 280 to 700 EUR a month.
Do you really set up cameras too?
Yes. We install cameras and a recorder on site and copy the footage to our data centre in Riga, so it survives even if the recorder is stolen in a break-in.
We already have one IT person. Can you help them?
Yes. We often back up an in-house person: we take the servers, network and out-of-hours cover, and they handle the day-to-day. You get depth without hiring a whole team.

Do you repair computers and laptops?
Yes. We diagnose, repair and maintain workstations and laptops for business clients: on-site in Riga, in our workshop or via courier from anywhere in Latvia. Repairs bill at the standard rate from 70 EUR per hour, and on a monthly plan they are simply part of the service.
