IT audit in plain words: find out what is wrong before it costs you
We check your computers, network and security, then hand you a short report a non-technical owner can actually read: what is risky, what it could cost you, and what to fix first. Fixed price, agreed before we start.
What we check
We look at everything that could stop your business or leak your data, and explain each finding without the jargon. In effect, a full cybersecurity audit in plain words.
Your network
How your office and shops are wired, where it is slow, and where it is open to strangers from outside.
Your data safety
Whether your files and backups would survive a disk failure, ransomware or a stolen laptop.
Who can get in
Passwords, access rights and remote logins: who can reach your systems and whether that is safe.
Your equipment
The age and health of servers, computers and network gear, and what is about to fail.
NIS2 and rules
Whether your company meets the NIS2 law and other duties that now carry real fines.
A plan you can use
A short document with risks ranked by danger and cost, in a clear order of what to fix first.
One fixed price, agreed before we start
You are never billed for open-ended hours. We look at the size of your company, quote a fixed fee, and only then begin.
We size it
The price depends on how many computers, sites and systems you have. A small office starts at 200 EUR.
We check it
On-site and remotely, over a few days, without interrupting your staff or your work.
You keep the report
The document is yours to act on with us, your own IT people, or anyone else. No lock-in.
Prices are net, without VAT. Larger companies are quoted individually, always as a fixed fee agreed in advance.
Real audits, real findings
Anonymised examples of Latvian companies we audited: the kind of business, what we found, and what it cost.
Dental clinic
8 people, one clinic
€490 one-off
Patient records sat on one computer with no backup and a password everyone shared. We showed the owner the risk and a simple 3-step fix.
Retail chain
4 shops
€900 one-off
The tills shared the same Wi-Fi as customers, so any guest was on the payment network. We separated them and closed the hole.
Manufacturing plant
25 people
€1200 one-off
No NIS2 readiness and a single server with no spare. We built a compliance plan and a backup that actually restores.
Accounting firm
6 people
€490 one-off
Passwords on sticky notes, no two-step login, and backups that had silently stopped a year earlier. All fixed within the month.
Law office
12 people
€700 one-off
Confidential email was not archived and staff who had left still had access. We locked it down and set retention rules.
Logistics company
15 people
€900 one-off
An outdated firewall with open ports facing the internet. We flagged it before it was used against them.
Company names are never published. These cases are shared with permission to show the kind of problems we find.

Common questions
Will I understand the IT audit report without technical knowledge?
Yes, that is the point. It is written for a business owner, not an engineer: each risk in plain words, why it matters, and roughly what it costs to fix.
How much does an IT audit cost in Latvia?
From 200 EUR for a small office, quoted as a fixed price up front based on your size. You always know the figure before we start, it never balloons as we go, and prices are net of VAT.
Will the audit disrupt our work?
No. Most of the checking is done quietly in the background over a few days; on-site visits are short and scheduled around you.
Do you check NIS2 readiness?
Yes, a NIS2 readiness check is included in every audit. For companies the NIS2 law now covers, we tell you clearly where you stand and what is missing, so the fines never catch you out.
Do we have to fix the findings with you?
No. The report is yours. Act on it with your own people or anyone else. If you want, we fix it or take over your IT afterwards, but there is no obligation.
What does an IT audit include?
We check your network, backups and data safety, passwords and access rights, the health of servers and computers, and NIS2 compliance: in effect a full cybersecurity picture. You get a short report with risks ranked by danger and cost, from 200 EUR fixed.
How long does an IT audit take?
A few days for a typical small company. Most checks run quietly in the background, on-site visits are short and scheduled around you, and at the end you get a plain-language report with a clear action plan.
What do real IT audits cost in practice?
From our anonymised examples: 490 EUR one-off for an 8-person dental clinic, 900 EUR for a retail chain with 4 shops, 1200 EUR for a 25-person manufacturing plant. Always a fixed fee agreed in advance, net of VAT.
