Do you back up the 1C base?
Yes, optional daily off-site backups are available: the copies are stored outside the server itself, so a hardware failure does not take your data with it. Tell us you want backups and we include them in the quote.
Can we migrate our existing 1C base?
Yes, moving to the rented server is a standard step: we prepare the operating system and the access, and your 1C specialist restores the existing base onto the new machine. Workstations need nothing new beyond the 1C client.
How secure is the access to the server?
Access goes over VPN or RDP through an encrypted channel, so the connection between the accountant and the server is protected. The server itself is a personal single-tenant physical machine in our own Riga data centre, no other client works on it.
Do you sell 1C licenses?
No, we do not sell 1C licenses: you bring your own and install them on the rented server. We provide the physical server, the prepared operating system and secure access, while the 1C software itself stays on your licenses.
